Our carpet cleaning technicians first perform a  "walk- through" with the customers to understand their carpet cleaning needs and expectations. Next, we identify the problem areas that need special attention, like high traffic areas, pet stains, and general soil.

We pretreat areas requiring special attention. We steam clean the entire carpet. We then neutralize the carpet so that no residue is left in the fibers. Finally, we fluff rake the carpet so that it can dry quickly and evenly.
